Dearest Mother,
I hope your birthday is wonderful! I miss you and I'm grateful we always have the telephone to talk to each other. It wasn't until I went through some old pictures that I realized just how many dresses you made for me and Elizabeth. You are truly a wonder of a woman. I admire all that you have done in your life, from serving as a sister missionary in Scotland to serving with dad on another foreign mission. Because I want to be like you, I continue to strive toward my own college graduation. Your continued service in the temple and your dedication to all that is good and worthwhile is an inspiration to me. I couldn't ask for a better mother or grandmother to my girls. We all love you dearly and wish you the very best!

First of all, where did you get all the old pictures from?! How funny! And second of all, I am impressed that you could find them. (Don't know if I could even if I had them!) I ditto all you say about Mom!
