Lovin This Appliance

I'm in love with this bread machine.

Technically, it's the Cuisinart 2 lb Convection Bread Maker.

I haven't used a bread machine in 15+ years.

I've relied on my Bosch for homemade bread.

However, when my sis-in-law Elisabeth told me about this and how it has a "Gluten Free" setting, I was sold.

I've made a few loaves of gluten free bread with a high quality flour and the bread is awesome--great texture--which is often hard to come by in baked GF products.

I'm looking forward to experimenting with it more,in the meantime I'm so happy there is bread that my girl really likes!
